We use UPS as our primary carrier and DHL for some select products/orders. You can get accurate postage estimates at checkout for the appropriate carrier. Our carriers have proven to be very reliable and very fast.
We do our best to ship orders out within 1-2 business days. Occasionally it can take as long as 3-5 business days if we are busy prepping for a race or stock is low on any of your items. We'll keep you updated regardless of the situation.

In order to provide the best pricing we've found it optimal to keep certain products on-hand at all times and other products at one of our nearby fulfillment warehouses. This helps keep our sales floor organized, helping us get you your order in a more timely manner, and also helping us avoid the potential dangers of product piles when we're working on one of our UTV rigs. That being said, if you'd like to demo out a tool or get your hands on a part before purchasing, please let us know so that we can make sure we have it on-hand to accommodate.
